Energy exchange group

Dear students, followers, adherents and friends, the Energy Exchange Group has been created by voluntarily joining participants with no significance what school or religion they belong to and what place on Earth they live at. Its first cyber meeting took place on 3rd February 2003.

The main EEG purpose is collective meditating at definite day and hour (every Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 pm Bulgarian local time). The group members create energy circuit between each other through which high frequency vibration energy is being exchanged (transmitted and accepted) aiming to harmonize every participant, the surrounding environment, the city or village he lives in, the country, the continent and the Earth.

Joining the Universe Living Energy Flow we become a channel for the high frequency energy vibrations, heralds of the Christ's Love and through it we join the initial source - The Source of Infinite Wisdom.

For deeper running of the "Ritual" it is advisable:

• Suitable atmosphere with quiet music and, if possible, candles and flavoured sticks (for non-allergic ones) aiming to purify and release the room from the accumulated unnecessary energies.

The ritual runs in the following way:

• We sit quietly (on the floor or on a chair) and make several deep breathings in and out. We free our thoughts (or we just make a try) from all kinds of emotions and everyone makes his/her favourite meditating exercise.
• For those who have completed the Isis Seichim Course I recommend to perform consecutively the three meditations - "Triangles", "Whirlwind" and "Corkscrew".
• Those who have completed the Integrated Reiki Course can use the "Tree" meditation. Those who have completed other Reiki systems can use the meditations they have achieved during the course. A suitable meditation is also "Gasho Meiso" described in details in The Spirit of Reiki book by Walter Lubeck, Frank Arjava and Lii Rand.
• For those who don't know either of these techniques I advise to use their favourite meditation and if they have no such to seek in any meditation book.
• The photo of Shenu-Ann or Shenu which you can find in the SEICHIM - can also be used; you should print it on colour printer and during meditation you should hold it between your palms and "concentrate" on its radiation.
• We stay immovable with "empty" thought for some time, "listening closely" to our inner voice and "concentrating" on energy perceiving.
• We visualize how the energy begins to fill us in, how it "brims over" our physical body, spreads into the room, "pours" into the streets, fills in the city or the village, the country, the Earth, the Universe.
  At the end of the ritual everyone breathes in and out deeply several times, opens his/her eyes and makes some moves.
• The ritual continues for about an hour.
  • There is no fixed time for the performing of the ritual components.
  • Each of the participants should listen to his/her intuition.
  • In case we have been a little late for the ritual we can join without problems.
  • All those who due to some reason cannot participate any Monday will be left energy in the World Energy Bank (WEB). In order to take it from WEB they should "wish" it mentally at night before going asleep.
